3/17/2020 UPDATE: Watch the video update from Pastor Eddie regarding COVID-19. Read the following article for the latest changes.
We have been reviewing all official announcements regarding COVID-19 and all official recommendations from governmental and medical sources. It is our desire to take precautions which are practical and helpful but also to continue to serve our church family. Our worship of and trust in the Lord in all seasons of life speaks to the transformation He has accomplished in us, through us, and in spite of us.
There is a difference between faithfulness and foolishness. It is inappropriate to neglect caution and safety recommendations and then cite spiritual reasoning. With that view in mind, the pastors and deacons of Parkridge Church have decided to make adjustments in our weekly worship:
Sunday service is ONLINE ONLY as a LIVE STREAM at 10:15am on March 22. The service will be posted on our media page after the service in case you miss the live stream.
Wednesday evening activities are SUSPENDED until further notice.
ParkridgeGroups and Classes are SUSPENDED until further notice. We encourage groups to continue praying for one another and spending time in God’s Word on online platforms such as RightNow Media.
How do I change my giving to online? With church services moved online, you can easily give at parkridgechurch.com/give. Giving is an act of worship and demonstrates our gratitude for God's abundance towards us! Our only appropriate response is to give our lives to love God, love people, love service, and love the nations.
We would like to pray for you. You can submit your prayer requests online at parkridgechurch.com/prayer-form.
If you have any needs in which we could assist, it would be our joy to do so. Please know that we will continue in a spirit of prayer and availability to minister as the Lord opens doors and hearts for the gospel.
"Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen." Ephesians 3:20-21
